The World's Most Exciting Tour Boat

THRILLER – Charleston’s only public off-shore tour boat. THRILLER Charleston is a 43 passenger power catamaran that takes you on an off-shore adventure as we make our way to the Morris Island Lighthouse. Erosion has caused the Morris Island Lighthouse to be completely surrounded by water and due to its distance from the harbor, other public tour boats do not include it in their tour. But we do, THRILLER Charleston is built for speed and comfort and we can get you up close to the lighthouse for a view not seen anywhere else.

THRILLER Charleston operates from the Ripley Light Marina, just left of California Dreaming Restaurant, in Charleston. Our ride takes you out the South Channel of the Charleston harbor as we head for the Atlantic Ocean. Feel the adrenaline pumping as we burst out of the jetties into the open ocean while our 1000 watt stereo system is playing some of the greatest music ever recorded. Have fun surfing the waves with Captain Mark or Captain Mike while cruising along the South Carolina coastline feeling the wind and sun against your face. After our up close look at the Morris Island Lighthouse, we head back through the jetties into the harbor and take the North Channel along the Mt. Pleasant side of the harbor. While in the harbor, we point out all five forts that are or were in the harbor during the Revolutionary and Civil Wars and give you some interesting facts about each. See over 25 miles of shoreline on this 1 hour long ride. Definitely a fun way to see some history.

Please note that if current weather conditions make the ocean too rough for us to travel safely to the Morris Island Lighthouse, our route will change to include a tour of the Charleston Harbor and a ride up the Cooper or Wando Rivers.
